- Complete management service, relieving the client of duties such as shift allocation, substitutions, etc
- Direct hiring by MADISON, we take on full responsibility for the employment relationship with staff, including selection, contracts, fulfilment of employment regulations such as health and safety requirements, etc.
- We assign a co-ordinator who supervises the service provision.
